Can the Nomad Dragon Router/Modem be used on T-Mobile?

I have a customer on ATT e-sim through SIM Call and would like to move them to Oasis. Can I use a Dragon device that I have in stock, or do I need to purchase a different device for this customer to use on T-Mobile?

Below is a netscan of available carriers/bands, T-Mobile appears to be the strongest.

The Dragon modem is Verizon-only and includes a pre-installed Verizon SIM, so it won’t work with other carriers.

To clarify, the OASIS platform only supports Verizon and T-Mobile SIM cards that are purchased through the platform. Third-party SIMs are not supported for activation or service management.

Since T-Mobile offers the strongest coverage in your area, I recommend the following steps:

  • Purchase a T-Mobile SIM via your OASIS dashboard.
  • Use a 5G-capable, carrier-unlocked device that supports both Verizon and T-Mobile networks.
  • For optimal performance, choose a device that supports C-band frequencies—this ensures better speeds and signal stability on 5G.
