Same I tried to add a account today and nothing just 504.
since you haven’t received a reply yet, and to help the team catch up, these are usually issues associated with the server on the main provider’s side, or the server on Nomad’s hosting site. They’re basically not communicating at the same speed, so one of them ends the connecting as a 504 error. If it’s not Nomad’s hosting site for FWA, then it’s Verizon’s side, and Nomad needs to reach out to them.
Tried to activate some more sims today and I am still getting the 504 error. @oliverbrown
@oliverbrown @jaden @WOdum what’s going on? I can’t activate any of my 15 modems. Says their IMEI isn’t in the database. Ive emailed you guys and texted (@WOdum) and the texts get read but no reply. Ive lost 3 customers now cuz of this.

Is anyone still having this issue? @WOdum I am unable to activate modems in Oasis as of this morming.
Still the same issues going on & @WOdum resigned as of Friday
