This morning we noticed a charge to our bank account that was not a wallet funding charge. It was in the amount of $21.50.
We reviewed the billing deductions in our Oasis dashboard and cannot find what this charge was for, no invoice etc… Could you please advise on the reason for this charge? A monthly service fee?

This charge was applied on the FWA Agent Portal, not FWA Oasis.
It represents the monthly licensing fee for all active SIMs you had prior to cancellation. As a reminder, there is a daily $2.50 charge per customer, a one-time activation fee of $15 per customer, and a $3 monthly fee per active customer.
Yes, an invoice was generated and is available on your portal.
