Anyone seeing over 30MBPS with the T-Mobile plan or is it just me?

I tested it for a few days and it wouldn’t change. Compared to the T-Mobile Home Internet modem, which brought in over 160MBPS, I’m curious what could be causing the difference.

Hey there, just to make sure are you using the dragon modem we sent or are you using your own device with the T-Mobile simcard?

I tested it in the dragon and also a byod inseego fg2000 modem and seen the same results.

Well with the dragon modem the T-Mobile sim card wont work properly as they are not compatible for the time being. Could I have the BYOD IMEI along with the T-Mobile ICCID please?

So on the backend the Internet seems to be working fine just to make clear we did not set any cap on T-Mobile Internet the Internet and the service is active and looks completely fine. Please perform a hard reset on the device so if there’s any issues with the modem or connectivity they might be resolved other than that that’s the coverage that you’re receiving in the area.

We put the T-Mobile SIM into a dragon as well and it seems to be working… in areas with good signal the speed gets up to 200mbps… (we just wanted to try it to see what it does)…
Is there any setting we can change on the modem that might boost speed? Our BYOD modems suck. Any date on when inseego’s will be available?

It’s a good idea to test whether T-Mobile service is functional in the Dragon area. Please keep in mind that internet speeds are entirely dependent on network coverage in your location, and as such, we cannot make guarantees or offer direct support for speed-related issues.

That said, external antennas can often enhance signal strength and may positively impact performance.

Regarding the Inseego modems – those are still undergoing final development and are expected to be released soon. We’ll keep you posted as soon as they become available.
