Help Wanted: FWA Business Account Manager

Are you ready to be part of the next generation of wireless internet? We’re on a mission to revolutionize the way people access and resell internet — and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and high-performing Business Account Manager to join our team for the FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) Program.

This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with business owners, resellers, and white-label partners as they build their own internet brands under our rapidly growing FWA platform — including both the Agent Program and the Oasis white-label system.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: What You’ll Do

As our FWA Business Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to relationship builder and operations guide for our partners. You’ll manage accounts, walk new clients through setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that each of our partners is successful — whether they’re launching as a Nomad agent or building a fully white-labeled ISP of their own.

:wrench: Your Day-to-Day:
• Guide new FWA partners through setup and onboarding
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for existing business accounts
• Proactively follow up with partners to help them activate, grow, and succeed
• Monitor modem orders and usage within the FWA dashboard
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs or requests internally
• Capture feedback from partners and relay it back to our product and dev teams
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of training materials, FAQs, and guides

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales ops, or onboarding roles
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Experience working in startups, telecom, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus
• You’re excited by the fast-moving energy of a startup and ready to build
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using internal dashboards, CRMs, and data tools
• You like solving problems and helping others succeed
