I wanted to create a message not because I have any outstanding issues right now. I eventually get the help and assistance I need. Sometimes, we don’t think about the beginning of this journey and where we’ve come from so far. I just want to say that so far, it’s amazing! Yes, some issues do arise, and as we all know, this is a part of this type of line of work. All you can do is utilize your resources, brainstorm, and ask for help when needed.
I’ve been a manager in retail for the past seven years since graduating high school, and let me tell you, I’ve seen it all. Just remember that problems occur, and that’s a part of this kind of business. The key is to work on minimizing these issues. Like they’ve been since joining this community, understand that these are people, and I’m sure they’re dedicating a lot of time to serving us with all our questions, troubleshooting, and repairing things that need to be fixed to prevent additional problems in the future.
Stay positive, everyone! If you’re stumped on a problem, don’t be afraid to ask, but stay positive and be respectful of one another. We’re doing amazing things here by connecting so many people to some pretty reliable internet, where some are paying a lot more or have no source of service in their area.
Currently, I’m working on some marketing material and planning to market an area within a 60-mile radius locally. I’m also thinking about starting some sponsored ads on Facebook (still in the works, not sure how much I should start with), hoping for success for everyone and support team you don’t go unrecognized and thank you for all the support you provide everyone!
