Does this mean that the 30 Dragon modems that I have purchased are bricks? Or is this going forward?

Stephen, no need to worry—the Dragons will work perfectly fine even without the Oasis integration. The units you purchased are not bricked and will function as expected. Oasis is a completely separate platform designed to work specifically with our proprietary modems. We’ll continue to share updates as they become available.

They will work for the exact program you bought them for which is the Agent Program

What would you suggest we do with these modems since we want to be on the Oasis program? Also, our current customers, will they move over, or do we need to migrate them over?

We will maintain both products. They are made for two different use cases.

If you got modems to serve your customers, then you should use the modems you have.

These are made to be two different systems. But we will create a way to do a one time import of modems. That will solve that issue

I would like to get on the pre-signups list. I also have a list of questions about equipment, services, pricing, drop shipping, discounts, marketing etc. I will make a list of important questions that I’m sure everyone would like answered so we can all be on the same page.
