Whether you’re ordering Nomad Titans or Nomad Dragons, you no longer need to pre-pay. Modems are shipped directly to you, ready to deploy — at zero upfront cost.

:collision: Why? Because we trust our community to build with us. Because we believe in getting gear into your hands fast. And because FWA Exchange is now designed around use, not storage.

But with great freedom comes great accountability. :wink:

To make sure hardware doesn’t gather dust on a shelf, V2 introduces two simple guardrails:

:one: 20 Modem Suspension Limit

  • You can only have 20 unactivated modems in your account at any one time.
  • Hit the cap? Activate some before ordering more.

:two: 30-Day Activation Deadline

  • You have 30 days from shipment to activate a modem.
  • If you don’t? It automatically enters billing and charges your wallet balance.

(We may expand this to 45 days based on your feedback — but we’re starting strong at 30.)

Somehow, someway our account is setup for Referrals and not Wholesale. What can we do to get this fixed? We were told to not activate modems until this was resolved — we want to order more (especially now that they are free). But are in a holding pattern.

Unfortunately, we are setup incorrectly and can’t seem to reach anyone to correct the issue. We should have been setup as a wholesale account and not a referral account. We need to have it switched to a wholesale account.

Can you please verify your query in a bit more detail?
Like were you able to set up your OASIS/agents account?
Wholesale accounts are not set up through referrals, there is a sign up process for this.

We went through the signup process and then created our account. I can login to Oasis but it shows referrals at the bottom and doesn’t allow us to setup plans or pricing.

I’ll add we submitted the Wholesale Account registration on June 24th and then we were able to setup an account in Oasis but it’s setup as a Referral account for some reason in Oasis.

Here’s what we are seeing when logging into the system. We aren’t able to set the plans or pricing levels.

Could you tell us what you would like to do on the Oasis platform?

This will help us provide a better explanation and serve you more effectively.

We want to be able to setup pricing and speed limits. Right now, it looks like we would receive $10/month max for each modem that is active and our understanding is that we should be able to set up tiers.

@RPLLC FWA OASIS is only for managing modems. You are responsible for deciding how and where you bill your customers, this is handled outside the OASIS system.

What does this mean?
When you add a modem to OASIS, we charge you $2.50 daily for managing that modem. After that, you ship the modem to your customer and set your own service price (e.g., $XX/month).
You also decide how your customer pays you, FWA OASIS does not handle customer billing.

If you’re looking for a program that helps you manage both modem inventory and customer billing, you should consider signing up for the FWA AGENT program.

As for the $10 monthly earnings feature, we’ll be releasing that program soon.

When signing up for the FWA Agent side, it said that my email address already exists in the system. So that makes me think something is setup – what is the login page? I tried to go to dash.fwa.exchange and click Sign In but that button doesn’t seem to be working in Chrome or Safari.
