Warranty Support Request

After thorough testing on my end, I have a warranty issue with 1. Cellular transmitter not responding. 2. Battery not charging.
Please advise on the process to replace or warranty out the demo modem. I also need to stop billing on it since it doesn’t work.

  • I got a response to my ticket where something had to be reset on Nomad’s side before the modem would reconnect to the network. Are we ever going to have access to that ourselves or is that something that will require a call/ ticket whenever our customer’s run into issues.
  • So the battery finally started charging. Or better said, because it drained, it took forever to show that it was actually charging and holding a charge. I might get into the habit of charging, draining and re-charging.
