Demo Modem Still Not Working

Wanting to know what’s going on with my account as it’s going on a week and no Internet or anything. Has the dev figured anything on what the issue is?

A couple weeks ago I got my demo modem finally. Got it activated and paid for with your guys assistance as I couldn’t activate. After a week of having it, it just quit. Then Oliver & Bryan got on a call with me and said they were refunding the charges and created a new demo account. They said once I get the refund to pay it on the demo account. They said they would keep the demo live till I got the refund. Well it worked for a couple days and then went out again and hasn’t been back on. Oliver hasn’t responded or replied to me except saying it would be resolved by this past Friday and it hasn’t. He said it was something the developers was doing. So I don’t know what’s going on or anything. No one gives updates or replies.
