Frustrated with customer service and billing issues

I’ve had no service on one dragon modem since March, can’t get stripe situated to receive payment after customers pay, and one modem still isn’t activated yet. I started with Issac, no longer with the company, then Jeffery, also no longer with the company, and another person contacted me last week who I believe is Oliver Brown can’t confirm this. But no one is actually helped me get any of this resolved.

Your demo modem is functional, we got your stripe account verified and a task has been generated for your bill credit.
Did you receive a shipping label for your AIR device?
