I have my one customer a try before you modem yesterday and they haven’t had a connection yet. They powered it on and it’s just on red lights.
also, when I try logging into my oasis portal, keeps telling me my credentials are wrong. I’ve tried multiple times and multiple password resets and I never get the reset email. My oasis email is natureswireless@gmail.com
The IMEI is 357632330101956 and the iccid is 89148000011152304570. I have not given anyone else any of my modems yet as I want to verify that they will work and not have any more mess ups with potential customers
I’m right with you I tried then finally added through fwa oasis and it worked within 10 minutes

I got it reset finally and wat do I do about my try before you buy modems fort customers as they don’t work? As I already gave you the imei and iccid for the one modem but I’m not giving any out and stopping sales until they are 100% working

Ask him to unplug it for 5 mins and restart it

@Jeffoak can you please confirm if you are trying to get these activated over FWA agents or FWA OASIS?
Well I have my stripe account connected with fwa oasis so I’m not sure if I’m fwa agent or not to be completely honest with you Oliver you might try looking my email up jeffoakley861@gmail.com and just make sure I applied with my ein number not received anything confirming yet

@Jeffoak can you please confirm if this is a Titan device or a Nomad dragon?
Additionally, provide me with the IMEI and ICCID of thes device so that I canc check and see see what’s wrong with it.

I think this is the Nomad Dragon device not the RV Titan device. Can you please confirm if this is toggled to active state on OASIS and your wallet is funded?
