Error when buying sims

Anyone else getting this error when trying to purchase new sims?

@kmitre due to an overwhelming response we are currently out of T-mobile SIM cards. Only Verizon SIM cards are available in stock due to which you are receiving this error.

I tried the verizon sim with the same error. Maybe I should use a different browser?

Can you only activate verizon sims on the dragon modems? I couldn’t activate any of my verizon sims that I currently have.

@kmitre Dragon modems come with pre-installed Verizon SIM cards. For that you don’t have to buy them separately.
You can use these SIM cards for BYOD(Bring Your Own Device) plans.

I purchased 5 of them but they throw out an error when trying to activate them. The tmobile ones work just fine but now you guys don’t have anymore. Can I purchase tmobile sims from somewhere else and activate them on your platform?

You can get T-mobile/Verizon SIM cards from your nearest retailer. You just have to reach out to us to get them activated. Make sure to get “Data Only” SIM cards in order for them to work with our service.

Do you have an ETA as to when they will be back in stock with you guys? Also can you help me figure out what’s going on with the verizon sims I purchased from you guys and why they won’t activate? Doesn’t have to be today. But thanks for the help either way.

@kmitre we can work on this and get it fixed. Can you provide me with ICCID of these SIM cards that you are trying to activate with BYOD?
I’ll try to get this fixed for you ASAP.
