I just received my sim cards for Verizon I am getting the error of no IMEI found when trying to activate. I should not have to reach out to support with every activation.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — there must be an underlying issue we can resolve.
Could you please provide me with the ICCID numbers of the SIM cards you’re trying to activate, along with the IMEI numbers of the devices they’re being used with?
Once I have this information, I’ll escalate it and get this sorted as quickly as possible.

IMEI is 358088083809676 T-Mobile sim is 8901882024117839195F it tells me format is incorrect

When adding T-Mobile SIM cards, please ensure you do not include the last character “F” in the ICCID section — it may cause the activation to fail.

As we discussed in the support channel, your Verizon modem is already active. You just need to reboot the device and confirm your OASIS account is topped up to ensure everything functions properly.
