I just activated a dragon router within oasis, but am only seeing 90down/15 up.
Are these plans in oasis capped? The original demo modem that I received a few months ago was pulling around 300 down. I verified the APN is in fact V5GA01INTERNET

be sure to have money on your account or the system will not allow you to suspend the line.

Even if there is a credit card on file within Owasis?
Or do I have to pre-fund the account?

Also, I cannot see the ICCID and IMEI of a modem once I add it to Oasis, so how would I know what modem I am working on? Currently, I plan on adding the IMEI and ICCID to the alias name along with the customer name. Suggestions?

OASIS only take care of activating your modem, managing it, and monitoring it on the platform and charge you a small daily usage fee, you will have to directly bill your customers yourself.
