I am not being invoiced for routers/modems added to OASIS.

The wallet is funded, but the balance is not decreasing.

I don’t want the routers to be deactivated, can someone call me 918-805-9160?

Also, the stripe connect isn’t working so I am not being paid for the customer under the agent program, but I would rather move them to OASIS.

Can you confirm if your OASIS devices are currently active but not getting charged?

You agent’s program is under the same email as well? Let me check and get an update regarding this your stripe status.
Are looking to continue with agent’s program or wish to proceed with OASIS program instead? Let me know so that I can get everything in accordance.

  • I want to discontinue the Agent program and move that customer to the OASIS program so that I can keep my existing billing systems in place, but add your devices/plans to my offerings. How do I do this?

  • DiONJERRY was able to fix the billing issue and the wallet is now decreasing.
