Oasis Down? We need assistance

Yeah we have the same issue. I was able to get one back up but not the rest…

I’m sitting here trying to get them to stay on before we are flooded with calls and texts. :man_facepalming:t2:

The one I got to stay on just kicked back off. Total blackout…..

I have a Nomad direct modem that has been dropping connections constantly over the last several days…as of 3 hours it’s down. This isn’t a good sign and seems to be an issue outside of OASIS as well…no outages being reported in my area with Verizon.

This is kind of stuff that has me putting the breaks on things…what’s worse then slow internet, no internet.

No issues in Missouri

@WOdum can you explain what happened and if this issue is resolved?

Oasis seems up for me but modems that were in standby and active seem to have swapped. Standby modems are active and active modems went to standby. Trying to toggle them back now.

Ours seems to be back up as well. Phew.

We have a business client that opens at 5am for breakfast and he is a tough cookie to deal with. Thank God its resolved.

Same here looks like this one resolved on the one Nomad direct side.

Did anyone get an explanation on why this happened? It’s crucial that we aren’t flying blind when there are outages like these.

Please provide me with IMEI and ICCID of the devices that are currently malfunctioning. I can investigate and get this fixed.

Last night I had 1 modem in agent portal need a reboot and it’s been fine as far as I know now in oasis I have had 1 dragon need to be rebooted everyday for the past two days after reboot services work. My clients are monitoring there sites closely to log reboots for me. All other models I including T-Mobile have been fine with no issues @oliverbrown
