Modem & SIM card Ordered

I ordered my first 4 modems last night. When will they get shipped out? My website now allows customers to place an order, no longer says no inventory. I am so excited and can’t wait to order more modems and 20/20 SIM cards. Will there be a way for us to order T-Mobile modems through our exchange portal? Will the SIM cards be available on our portal eventually? Are we paying the $60/$70 upfront for each SIM card? Are we able to modify pricing for the add on to make modem/service mobile? Will that be available on our website as an option to add during checkout? For SIM cards:
They’re $10 each, and once activated, they’re $60/$70 per month depending on the plan. You’ll only be billed monthly after activation.

And yes, you can modify pricing for the add-ons to make the modem/service mobile! That feature is already in place, and we’re working on making it even smoother. SIM card ordering through the portal is also in the works.

Hey @Isaac, thanks for getting back to me about my order. I hope it gets shipped out by tomorrow and I get the modems before Saturday. I may be doing an event/show passing out information about our service. I also want to have modems available and hopefully I get a few installations. Will there be a price list for us to go off of for T-Mobile modems or will the modems end up on our exchange portal? We can use any compatible modems with both Verizon and T-Mobile SIM cards, correct? Thank you! :+1: :satellite: :antenna_bars: :antenna_bars: :money_with_wings: :rocket:

As for pricing, we’re working on finalizing a T-Mobile modem price list and will share that. The goal is to make them available directly on your exchange portal for easy ordering. And yes—you can use compatible modems with both Verizon and T-Mobile SIMs, giving you great flexibility depending on coverage and customer needs.
