Internet Service Stability - Wholesale customers

Good afternoon:
Three times this weekend we have had three of our new customer’s service go out.
Just now our own retail store has gone down during a very busy time (right now).
We need to understand WHY this is happening and HOW we can prevent it from ever happening again.
The Nomad DEMO unit is fine - very stable, but, the Circle Wireless units are losing service left and right.
