Customer portal Password Change Failure

After successfully logging in with the temporary password, I proceeded to change it. The system isn’t designed to automatically do it for us.
When i went through the steps, everything was perfect until the very end. Temp password was correct and new password was valid. But when saving the changes, it would error out with the words “Invalid Partner”.

I had to force logout and then do a password change to avoid the issue with the temp password. The password reset works as expected. :slight_smile:

So I was wrong. There seems to be a glitch that I’m going to try to duplicate.

  1. There is a delay in the request that spans quite some time between when you make the request and when you receive the link. It took almost 20 minutes for this one.
  2. After everything was done successfully, another password reset request was received an hour later that cancelled my password change. I’ll find out if it happens again here at about 6:25 AM.
