Throwing in the towel

Sorry, folks, I just can’t seem to keep up with all the changes going on, nor have aI been able to get answers to my repeated support requests. I think the concept is great, but the execution just doesn’t seem to be there. So I’ve got 12 discounted modems I need to sell, plus the demo modem I need to return. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve submitted tickets to update my company name, logo, phone number, modem price and plan price, but so far none of that has been done. The other issue I have is too many different portals to log into; it seems like it would be so much simpler to have ONE portal to control everything.

Yup & that’s what we aim for! We have a lot of integrations going on & the reason for them is to provide you a one-stop shop for all your needs! Before we get into that, I would want to escalate your issues to get them resolved as quickly as possible. I will be posting the updates & developments here.
