Free Service for July and August never completed?

Do we have an update on this? Has anyone actually received credit for July and August? I sure haven’t.

I asked same question I’m paying for my customers internet. I haven’t signed up anyone else for their free month of service due to this. Should be refunded and September be free like actually free.
