So I found a ad for nomad. My question is will our daily price get adjusted? What do we do will customers ask for the lower price? It’s put out for $35 monthly free modem. How can we offer this if we are charged $75 monthly? Also are we getting the FWA money back for last month? We were told to offer free internet which I did.
@Baiercl I believe those service plans have some “gotchas” therefore cheaper…at least that’s what I remember reading. As far as those billing credits, I wouldn’t hold my breath considering the fact that multiple people on here have asked and it’s been crickets. Thinking back several months and all the gung ho and it’s been a lot smoke.
Time for you know who…All of this is scammy. I know Jaden see these. So what’s up dude why such poor customer service why take money and not deliver. I have asked and asked to be refunded and nothing I’m out a crap ton of $$ and a hand full of pissed off customers.
