Hello, I am having some issues with the service on the Oasis side with T-Mobile bring your own device. I ordered SIM cards, got those, and now I’m using one of the SIMs in the Inseego FG 2000 modem. Since starting service about five or six days ago, every day, the line has been getting suspended around 2 PM and 3 PM and then I have to go back in the Oasis panel and reactivate it. Is there a solution for this so that I don’t have to keep doing this every day? Once I get a customer set up on the service, I want to ensure that this does not happen, so can we figure out what the root cause of this is also, I believe it’s charging me for the price of suspended service and also active service on this line because it’s getting turned on and off constantly.
Any help would be appreciated. Is anyone else having this same issue with the tmobile service through the oasis panel?

Thanks so much for the detailed message, really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything.
It looks like your account is already topped up, so we can probably rule out any balance-related issues causing the suspension. I’m going to go ahead and flag this with our dev team so they can dig in and figure out what’s triggering the daily shutdown around 2–3 PM.
Totally get how frustrating this must be, especially if you’re planning to onboard customers soon. We’ll definitely work on finding a fix so you’re not stuck manually reactivating every day.
Also noted the point about possible double charges, I’ll have that checked too to make sure everything’s billing properly.

Can you confirm when this last happened since you recently resumed?
Yesterday it suspended on its own and I’m not turning it back on until it’s resolved.

Hey @oliverbrown do you mind having our billing double checked as well? It bills the day of and a day before so each day we are seeing two charges. Seems like our balance goes down very quickly and does not see correct. Example: yesterday we will billed for the 24th and the 25th and today we were billed for the 25th and 26th. This has been happening each day. Seems like billing is not correct.

Can you confirm if all of these customers are both activated on 2 platforms or just OASIS?
I you are being double charged your customers are registered on your wholesale dashboard as well as your OASIS platform.
After you confirm, I will be able to investigate and fix this right away.
Also please a screenshot will also help of these two charges.
the first one and the second that is tagged as a double charge.
All our customers are only in oasis. This is as of right now. I’ll send more screenshots and I will go back through every charge to find the proof. The billing system is not accurate.
The screenshot shows our balance of $81.55 however, the 25th was already taken out yesterday balance should be 116.05.
It’s taking out today a second time.

Please could you swipe your dashboard view to the right so we can see the “Balance After” column for each transaction?
Also, if possible, kindly send a screenshot of the full table and an Excel sheet for proper review.
From the screenshot already provided, here’s the current summary based on the visible data:

Analysis:
- Each transaction appears to follow correct balance math.
- No duplicate charges detected.
- Each day’s “Balance Before” matches the previous day’s “Balance After.”
Conclusion:
There does not appear to be any double charge on 05/25/25. The FWA$ 34.50 deduction is consistent with the previous balance and looks valid.

I’ve gone through it personally and it appears to be correct, I’ve attached the CSV file.
It must be the timing of when it charges. The system just took out tomorrow’s charge tonight. So perhaps this is what is throwing me off.
Appears to be double charge because billing is a day ahead.
You can see in the screenshot that the 26th has already come out (on the 25th).

I’m glad we got this confusion cleared, maybe there is time zone difference our system and your time. This provides us valuable insight on how time zones can affect OASIS billing cycle. We will keep this under consideration with our next update.
