Customer reports white lights on dragon router, but no Internet.

I noticed the router was paused for some reason this morning, I unpaused
the router which resolved the issue for about 20 minutes, but customer called back to say no Internet, but said lights were white (not red).

I hope you’re having a good day. I just checked the ICCID in our system, and it is currently showing as active.
Please try performing basic troubleshooting on the device, a simple reboot often resolves the issue. If that doesn’t help, I recommend doing a hard reset:
Locate the small pinhole reset button on the back of the device. Use a pin to press and hold the button for 5–10 seconds until all indicator lights flash or change color. This signals the reset is complete.
If you’re still experiencing connectivity issues after that, please let me know right away so I can investigate further on our end.
